Editing and proofreading
Editing and proofreading are essential tasks to be carried out once the translation is completed. Their aim is to ensure that the translated document is grammatically correct, accurate, coherent, complete and consistent.
Whereas editing mainly focuses on terminology and style checks, allowing the editor to implement several changes to the translation, proofreading, involves checking the correctness of the translation on a grammatical, syntactical and spelling level.
Following an extensive experience as an in-house translation editor I provide my clients with the uppermost terminological accuracy and correctness.
